Maya Manor is a historic mansion turned into a boutique hotel. The original building was built by the Commander in Chief Toran Shumsher Rana and his brother Balram SJB Rana in 1935. The Chinese Ambassador lived in this mansion for 10 years before the current owner took it over and laboriously worked hard to convert it to a boutique hotel.
